Find Peace Through Prayer & Meditation

God’s love is a powerful influence, a gentle presence within that encourages us and fills our hearts with hope. Enter a sacred space of peace and oneness with God; open your mind and heart to fully experience God’s love. I invite you to take a moment out of your busy day, find a quiet place, and pray now.

As we walk a spiritual path, we know that light is always shining. It is the light of God that illumines the way to peace, success, health, and abundance. Every day is a day when doors open to bright opportunities and positive energy.
We prepare now for a time of prayer and meditation—a time in which we will center ourselves in the presence of God and open ourselves to divine light. Let’s experience the infinite light and love of God as we unite our hearts in prayer.

How to Meditate

All prayer and meditation begin with stillness and serenity. Go to a quiet place. Begin by relaxing your body and your mind. Take a few deep breaths, and each time you exhale feel your body relax into a peaceful state. Let go of your worries and cares. Feel only the presence of God within you. Enjoy this feeling as you progress through the meditation. If you find yourself becoming anxious or thinking of other things, bring your thoughts back to God. Let the words of the meditation inspire you as you say them either silently or aloud.

Hi Vicki, I just tried again to respond to your email but it wont let me. Something is wrong with my email because its just blank, 3rd time I tried today. Your topic here on prayer and meditation fits perfectly with my recent post on my blog! I can't believe you post this as I needed your advice tonight. NO patience with my kids. I wrote down I need to learn how to breathe correctly. haha! And every morning when I drop my kids at school, I stop in the church for adoration, and always ask God to guide me! But then I'm not perfect & get upset anyway at people! Take care friend & thanks again!
