This recipe is my own Idea only.
I try it, and mostly of my friends, like the taste.
I am very happy and proud, I created my own recipe.

"toni/nonblogger"............ito na ang secret ko, ......hindi ito special recipe, very simple and easy to bake........ay oo nga, sorry, I can’t visit you, kasi nakalimutan mong "ibigay ang Adres mo", para kita mabisita......pls, paki-share sa site-ads mo ha?.....thanks
Ingredients........
10 pcs. Eggs----medium size
200 grms, White Sugar
2 beacher Schlagsahne----200 ml per becher-----double Cream?—sorry, I don't know in your country, substitute Drinking Milk, but Sahne is good, cause 30% Fats….calories bomber!!!
½ bot. of ‘”Butter Vanilla”….
Procedure………….….Beat the eggs--…egg white n egg yolk, together.
Then add Sugar, Sahne-Cream and Butter Vanilla. Mixed all the ingredients very well.
Stay aside and make your caramel-sugar.
For the Caramel…..
200 grams White Sugar……………….to caramelize it, put in the pan and stir it always in a low heat, until become fluid. Be careful it will not over cook and spread in your Skin.
Then transfer it in your form.
Then put your mixed ingredients, and bake it in an oven tray with water….”.Wasserbad”….as shown in my picture.
Bake it for 50-60 mins, 160° or when you try to pick it in a stick, and the stick is clean, then it is already, done or Ok.
Let it cool… Moreover, when it is already cool, overnight it in the Refrigerator, so when you serve it, its taste good. Do not forget to transfer in another serving dish---upside down.
To look nicer……………Guten Appetite
This is Calories bomber, more fats, sugar and high Cholesterol because of the eggs.
This is not advisable to eat always.

hi tita vk, hinde po nagkamali si ate kenkz, pabalik balik po ako dito at inaabangan ang leche flan recipe mo.

Uy sarap naman Vks, daming calories nga lang ano? LOL Dito sa US ang tawag Heavy Cream but I usually use 1% milk or light cream. Minsan lang din ako magluto, pag may party. Sige, tapusin ko na plantsahin ko. I stopped after one pair of pants para bisitahin ka, I remembered you kse nagplantsa ako. LOL

kalami sa leche flan oy, panghatag ba. Wa lagi ko nimo gilutoan ana kadtong didto ko sa inyoa. Lami ra ba moluto si mama ug leche flan.
Ms VK tanong lang, magtatry kasi akong gumawa ng lecheflan and i will use your recipe dahil sabi ni raquel masarap daw talga, yung bang "Wasserbad" mainit na tubig or normal temperature lang?thanks!!! and more power to your blog!!!
